The Future Academy Learning Center is at the Academy’s core: Located in the middle of the Future Academy Campus, the Center provides services to all students, regardless of their Special Education or 504 status. The open nature of the Center is essential, as it represents the Future Academy’s mission to meet diverse students’ needs and eliminate the perceived barriers between them.
The Learning Center Provides the Following Services:
- Skills Learning Services
- Technology Services
- After-School Tutoring / Study Hall
Skills and Learning Services
Students are scheduled by teachers into the Center to work on basic academic, organizational, and study skills. Students may also come to review or take class tests, make up tests based on IEP agreements, or to work on current class work and homework.
