New Students to the Area Must Enroll at the District Office
Students wishing to enroll at Arroyo High School must initiate the enrollment process at the San Lorenzo Unified School District located at 15510 Usher Street. The Enrollment Office (510-317-4708) is housed in the Ed Services Department at the rear of the District office closest to the cemetery. Once there, families will need to have the following paperwork:
- Certificate of Birth
- Proof of residency
- Immunization records
- School transcript
- IEP (if applicable)
While at the Enrollment Office families will learn about our Small Learning Communities and be assigned to the SLC that is most appropriate given space available and student interests. The enrollment office will contact the school sites to inform them of any new enrollees and provide paperwork to the students to report to the site. At that point families will come to the school and be processed for enrollment.

All documents needing to be turned in are now in one PDF packet. In order to complete registration you must print one packet below, fill out all documents completely, have parent/guardian and student sign and date the appropriate areas, and bring the papers to registration on the appropriate date. Incomplete and unsigned paperwork will result in delays. PRESENTING THIS PAPERWORK TO THE SCHOOL DOES NOT GUARENTEE ACCEPTANCE. Students must first be enrolled in the school database and have cleared all fines before registration can proceed.
